staff

We have a wide variety of ministries at the ranch. Our staff are not paid; they are all volunteers who raise their own financial support. We are not set up to receive donations for staff support. Each volunteer also pays monthy for their room and meals. All long-term missionaries at our base have graduated from a YWAM Discipleship Training School, have medical insurance, and a valid visa.
